Selection matters. So do air, service, welcome and the quiet architecture of a long evening.
A list of humidors is not yet a city guide. TPCC evaluates the whole room: ventilation, seating, staff knowledge, beverage service, reservation rules, guest policy, storage options and whether a newcomer can understand the culture without already belonging to it.
That is why Richmond is our founding city. Black Iris Social Club provides the publication’s home-room perspective, while every future venue is evaluated on its own terms. A paid placement can buy visibility, never a Best of the Best designation.
The first city files cover Richmond, New York, Miami, Tampa and Las Vegas in the United States, then Santiago, London, Madrid, Geneva, Dubai and Tokyo. Guides will grow venue by venue as facts are verified.
