Why this room leads the file
Stogies on Grand is the classic retail-led choice: knowledgeable cigar service and a neighborhood lounge atmosphere rather than a high-volume bar scene.
This is a source-based editorial assessment, not a claim of a recent anonymous visit. TPCC selected the venue as a useful starting point from its documented room, service and access profile; we do not reproduce third-party stars or customer reviews. A numeric lounge rating appears only after a documented in-person TPCC evaluation.
